I feel like this book should have been named The 4 Stages of Building Wealth "for Rookies". For those of you who already grasp the concepts of creating wealth this book will feel somewhat of a let down.The 4 Stages of Building Wealth basically emphasizes "Unearned Income must excel fixed expenses". And the author does a decent job in explaining wealth percentage ratios to determine if you're infinitely wealthy, wealthy for a few months, or ready to go down with the ship. There were some good points about equity in stock vs equity in real estate, liquidity, appraisals, and how real estate investors negotiate 20% off a price and buy properties with practically no money down. I wish the author had gone into a little more detail on how to qualify with banks to get real estate loans.I give this book 3 stars because of the shoddy grammar, especially towards the end of the book... It's like the editor gave up and quit towards the last chapter. The confusing sentence structure becomes so distracting that I had to skim through and guess what the author was saying. No disrespect but I felt like I was reading current Youtube comments. Not cool.If you look at my attachments you'll see on the back cover what I mean. "Identify the current state of "you" finances". A few misspellings don't bother me but words and sentence structure need to be clear and concise when you're discussing how to create wealth.Another reason I give this book 3 stars is because of all the constant "Please check out my website... check out my book/program, so and so". No, customers want to know what they'll gain from this book, first. And then afterwards towards the end of the book you can mention links to check out your other content. It's like every other page in the book "check this out, check that out".
